The working principle of the submerged electromagnetic pulse valve, DMF-Y submerged electromagnetic pulse valve (also known as diaphragm valve) is the compressed air "switch" of the ash spray system of the pulse bag dust collector. Controlled by the output signal of the pulse blowing controller, the filter bag is sprayed one by one (chamber) to clean the dust, so that the resistance of the dust collector is kept within the set range to ensure the processing capacity and dust collection efficiency of the dust collector.

When the compressed air is connected, the compressed air enters the rear air chamber through the throttle hole. At this time, the pressure of the rear air chamber will be close to the diaphragm assembly of the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.

The electrical signal of the pulse injection controller makes the electromagnetic pulse valve armature move back, the air chamber release hole behind the valve opens, the rear air chamber quickly loses pressure, the diaphragm assembly moves back, the compressed air is sprayed through the valve outlet, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "open" state.

The electrical signal of the pulse injection control instrument disappears, the electromagnetic pulse valve armature resets, the vent hole of the rear air chamber is closed, and the pressure of the rear air chamber increases so that the diaphragm assembly is close to the outlet of the valve, and the electromagnetic pulse valve is in the "closed" state.

The electrical signal is timed in milliseconds, and the moment the pulse valve is opened, a powerful impact airflow is generated, so as to achieve instant blowout.

The meaning of the solenoid valve symbol
The solenoid valve symbol consists of a box, an arrow, a "T", and a character. The meaning of the solenoid valve graphic symbol is generally as follows:

1, the working position of the valve is indicated by the box, and each box represents a working position of the solenoid valve, that is, the "bit". When drawing the system diagram, the oil/gas circuit should generally be connected to the normal position of the reversing valve. The arrow in the box indicates that the two interfaces are connected.
4. The symbol "T" in the box indicates that the interface is disconnected.

6, in general, the inlet end of the fluid is represented by the letter P, the outlet is represented by R, and the interface connected between the valve and the actuator is represented by A, B, etc.
