The working principle of the discharger depends on its type, several common working principles of the discharger include:
Gravity discharger. By adjusting the tilt Angle of the barrel body, the material can flow out of the discharge door by using its own gravity. The discharger has simple structure and is suitable for materials with good fluidity.
Vibrating discharger. The speed and quantity of the material discharge can be controlled by vibrating force to discharge the solid material from the discharge port.
Electric push rod discharger. With the electric push rod as the power source, through the extension and retraction of the electric push rod to control the lifting of the plow head and the movement of the roller frame, so as to realize the unloading of materials.
Rotary spiral vane discharger. The material enters the interior through the feed port, moves under the push of the rotating spiral blade and exits through the discharge port. The conveying efficiency and unloading speed are affected by the speed, blade shape and number.
Star discharger. Usually used in pneumatic output systems, the blade rotor driven by an electric motor moves the material in the gap between the blades and is discharged at the lower part as the blades rotate. The star discharger can uniformly and continuously feed to the feed pipe and play a role of gas locking.
