Here are some key methods for daily maintenance of industrial dust collectors

2024-07-02

Daily check before power on

1、Check whether the power connection is normal and make sure the voltage is stable.

2、Check whether the shell of industrial dust collector is broken or deformed.

Cleaning work

1、Clean up the dust and sundries on the surface of the dust collector after work every day to keep the appearance neat and tidy.

2、Clean the dust and sundries of the fan inlet and outlet in time to prevent the airflow from being obstructed.

Maintenance of filter media

1, for paper filter media, should pay attention to moisture, so as not to affect the filtering performance.

2. Regularly check the damage of filter media, and replace it in time if it is damaged.

Pulse cleaning system

1、Check the working status of the pulse valve to ensure that the pulse cleaning is normal.

2、Observe whether the pressure of air bag is within the normal range.

Ash unloading device

1、Ensure that the ash unloading valve can be opened and closed normally to avoid the accumulation of dust.

2、Check the sealing of the ash unloading device to prevent dust leakage.

Moving parts

1、Regularly add lubricant to the moving parts such as chains and belts to reduce wear and tear.

2、Check the fastening of the transmission parts, if loose, should be tightened in time.

Regular testing

1、Regularly test the dust collection effect and emission concentration of the industrial dust collector to ensure compliance with environmental protection requirements.

2、Functional test of the electrical control system to ensure the accurate execution of the control instructions.

For example, in the wood processing plant, due to the large amount of sawdust and dust, they will carefully check the condition of the filter material every day and increase the frequency of pulse dust cleaning to ensure the efficient operation of the dust collector; in the cement plant, due to the harsh environment, special attention will be paid to the lubrication of the moving parts and the checking and replacement of the seals.
